The staff was helpful and friendly . Valet parking was also available, convenient.
My room was near the elevator shaft. I noticed some noise from the corridor and elevator.

old feel slow service
the staff were friendly and helpful the central location allowed easy access to attractions.
the room felt dated it had an old feel the website promoted certain products that were not actually in the room this felt misleading service in the restaurant lounge was slow i waited a long time to get the bill.

Mixed Feelings About This Hotel
outdated television unexpected charge
The location of this hotel is acceptable.
The price for a single night did not match the room quality. I was surprised by the outdated television. I asked about a refund for the incidental deposit upon checkout but discovered an unexpected extra charge. It was apparently from Experian even though the hotel charged me directly (I found this very annoying).
